ReplyDeleteLove this look. I think you should do a cool look with an electric blue liquid eyeliner. I bought some awhile ago and I have been having a hard time figuring out what to do with it.

ReplyDelete@HeaHil I am actually going to be doing an Amp It Up with liners here soon that will have electric blue eyeliner but, I think that creating a look around blue liner would be cool too! I'll have to think something up for you soon
